Angelina Burf von Schmutz,
Senior Scientist
A native of Dismal Seepage, Iowa, Ms. Burf von Schmutz has been employed at MECO Seals since 1998. Originally hired as a Data Analyst, she was promoted to Senior Scientist in 2004.
A graduate of the Charlene Pitts College of Cosmetology in West Creamer, South Dakota, majoring in Pedicure, she earned her Master of Science degree in Creative Obfuscation and was honored with an LH.D. in Inane Letters by the Sagadahock Institute of Lower Technology in Bath, Maine.
Ms. Burf von Schmutz lives in West Georgetown, Maine, and enjoys fingerpainting, playing the djembe, victory gardening, and line dancing with her cat, Mister Uggles. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Mid Maine Peanut Butter Cookie Alliance and volunteers as a screamer for Blue Sky Project.
